Staff is great too, busy for sure at rush hour, but engaging, and they know what they do. I fully recommend, one of my favourites in the city.Visited in February 2021
The best in Toulouse. Best baguette Tradition in town, served by a very friendly staff. From the croissant to the sandwiches, quiches to burger buns. Everything here is good. Most of the restaurants in the areas serve his bread. Monsieur Jean is a jem and his staff is at his image.

Our favorite boulangerie for bread in the Carmes area. We particularly love the "Baguette Tradition Céréales" . Highly recommended. Friendly people too, make sure to say "Bonjour Madame!"

Love at first bite ! The only difficult thing is to not be charmed by all the sweet things around - cake and staff alike ! And as for the bread, the cranberries one is a must try for breakfast , while the olive one I’d keep for the lil’apero :)

Le pain est absolument délicieux à un prix abordable par rapport à une boulangerie jute avant et qui fait l’angle le pain est bien meilleur et bien moins cher, les gâteaux sont de bonne qualité. Le flan est exceptionnel. J’y vais régulièrement et je peux même faire un crochet pour le déguster, un flan, pas trop sucré.

The bread is absolutely delicious at an affordable price compared to a bakery just before and which is corner the bread is much better and much cheaper, the cakes are of good quality. The flan is exceptional. I go there regularly and I can even make a detour to taste it, a flan, not too sweet.

Ένας πραγματικά νόστιμος και με μεγάλη ποικιλία γαλλικός φούρνος. Από τις πολλές μπαγκέτες με τις διάφορες ζύμες, τα διάφορα τύπου γλυκά αλλά και τα γεμάτο φαντασία ζυμωμένα ψωμιά με λουκάνικα και τυριά δείχνουν εξαιρετικά και πολύ νόστιμα! Αξίζει σίγουρα η δοκιμή!

A really tasty and wide variety French bakery. From the many baguettes with different doughs, the different types of sweets and also the imaginative leavened breads with sausages and cheeses look excellent and very tasty! Definitely worth a try!
